carlo russo

b. 1976, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Carlo Russo, born in 1976, is based in Philadelphia where he maintains a studio and teaches oil painting. He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts where he won several awards for his work. He was also a fellow at the Hudson River School for Landscape in 2008. While known mainly for his still life paintings he works in the figurative and landscape genres as well and his paintings appear in numerous private collections in the United States and abroad.
